Refund Policy

La Ondina Yacht Charters reserves each charter specifically for your group, date, and time. Because of this, refunds are handled according to the timeline below. Our goal is always to be fair, transparent, and easy to work with.

 

Charter cancellations made 7 or more days prior to departure are eligible for a 100% refund of the charter fee.

 

Cancellations made 2–6 days prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the charter fee.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are eligible for a 25% refund of the charter fee.

 

Captain and crew fees, fuel charges, and gratuities are handled separately and are not included in the charter fee refund unless otherwise agreed.

 

Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather or conditions, La Ondina Yacht Charters will work with you to reschedule the charter or adjust plans whenever possible. Weather-related decisions are made at the discretion of the captain.

 

If plans change, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. While the policy above applies, we will always do our best to work with you when circumstances allow.
